I declared war on
http://tournament.cybernations.net/nation_...tion_ID=1000339 just after update last night and was REALLY looking forward to nuking him at the earliest opportunity, but it still says I must wait 24 hours after declaring war. Help?

It rounds up to the next hour, this has been brought up many times before, if you declared war at update time... for me that it is 12:00 wait until 1:00 then you can nuke him.
