I'm requesting a warn level reduction, due to the fact that I have not had any warnings for OOC in an IC forum in over two months, and have usually posted somewhat constructively over that period.

Your last warn entry in your log was made on September 29th. You would've had to wait at least a month since that date to file a warn appeal. Now you have to wait a month from this post.
