I suspect these nations are slot filling the #1 nation at the moment. Both of these nations have nukes and are attacking 3 nations at this time, yet he is the only one that isn't being nuked. This has been the case for the 19th, 20th and now the 21st. They're nuking everyone except him. There's no point for a rogue to attack the #1 nation and the game and just nuke everyone else, or even not attack for that matter, since he hasn't lost a single point of NS since the 18th, only gained. He hasn't even been collecting daily, which anyone who has managed to get to #1 would do if they knew a nuclear attack on their nation was imminent. All signs point to him cheating.
The amount of nations breaking the rules this round is ridiculous and I believe his case is no different. If he is in fact slot filling, I, along with other TE players, would like to see his ability to win the t-shirt or flag taken away, because he has had an unfair advantage over the past few days that other players that are playing fair do not have.
