I don't know where these are now but at one point on the OWF someone posted a modified version of the Disturbia lyrics and some other song, they were anti-NPO and quite hilarious. I've also seen some pretty good NPO propaganda over the course of this game but it's not on this computer.

For the Karma war the "foot in mouth disease" sig with Moo-Cows saying "All alliances accept information" was pretty good (can't find it now).
For the NoCB war that epic sig was also posted.
Both times they highlight the absurdity of the casus belli used and also were quite humorous.
I also liked the animated .gifs involving IRON/ROK those were quite hilarious.
