I am engaged with 2 attackers.
My battle odds are below 3%. And I'm in Anarchy.
I can't attack them but they can launch ground attacks against me.
The result is they can incessantly Ground attack me but there is no way to fight back.
Now the same situation in SE would result in them not being able to ground attack me aswell.
Can someone please look into this?

Short version is Mechanics won't permit me to Ground attack them but they can Ground attack me at will.

I do that all the time... they can hit you because lets say they have 3000 defending soldiers and you have 20 soldiers, so even if you deploy those 20 it is far below 5%, but they can deploy 100 soldiers and hit you. This is just a way to keep tech raiding instead of giving defeat alerts.
