I am the secretary of state of a new soon to be completed alliance. we are looking for possible protectorate deals for our first few months of existence. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your best chance is to get to know larger alliances and then ask. Of course, you could do what WOLF did and just find someone with similar interests. (Example: WOLF became protectorates through Wolfpack simply because we were both "wolf" related )

I would personally recommend you speak with someone on IRC and explain what your alliance is about.

Alliance Forums and IRC Channels - you can click that link to get information on contacting alliances. Still your best bet for fastest LIVE communication is IRC.

You will also need to have an idea of what alliances you would want to be associated with. Picking any alliance that says yes isn't the right approach.

Personally, I would tell you to speak with NpO and specifically see if you can contact Dajobo. He is a very cool guy and I'm sure if he is on IRC #polaris, he would take the time to speak with you.
