What this implies if anything (and I assure you it takes a lot of reasoning to apply this) is that each month a certain amount of "fresh blood" is injected into alliances. Now considering all the constants are valid and apply forever 505 lasting nations will have joined an alliance this month.

can show is the potential to recruit new and lasting members into an alliance each month.
