I think these guys are war slot filling but attacking so the "!" doesn't show up. All three are attacking Joey67500, one of the leaders of Menotah which all of these three are from. In addition, Terminal and 3811015 are attacking Kaiser as to apparently fill his warslots so he can not be attacked as much. (FYI:Kaiser and Terminal have left the AA and now are flying the AA "Derp", but their wars indicate they were indeed in Menotah)
