Hello I need confirmation that my nation will not be deleted until the 25th day of non tax collection and non bill payment. I thought it was 18 days?

Bills don't matter. And it's 25 days.

Also, taxes won't stack past 20, so you get nothing from 21-25.

It used to be "on the 20th day" of not collecting taxes (not paying bills is not relevant) but admin changed it so it's now on the 25th day of not collecting taxes. And yeah, you only get a maximum of 20 days worth of taxes. Basically...what they said
