E: Failure to send Money or Tech after accepting said Money or Tech will be considered fraud and action will be taken against your nation up to, but not limited to the following : Contact of nations alliance, reparations, sanctions, and curb stomping. Either way, you steal from the group, we're going to get it back one way or the other.
F: You will notify the club at least 72 hours in advance that you are dropping out before the start of the next round.
