CN GRIDIRON FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

ENTRY FEES AND PRIZE MONEY

-NO ENTRY FEE
-prizes will be given according to how many players join. currently, the prizes are:

Fourth Place: $6,000,000
Third Place: $9,000,000, 50 tech
Second Place: $12,000,000, 100 tech
First Place: $15,000,000, 150 tech

-once a certain number of players has joined, all prizes will double.
-if there are alliance restrictions on receiving aid, send me a PM.

ANY NPO ENTRANTS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ENTRY FEE

NOTE: My own team's finish does not count towards prize money

ARBITRATION
- Sargun is the final arbitrator of all decisions regarding the tournament.
- Madden 10 is the AI platform for managing and playing out the tournament.
- Nobody is required to own Madden 10 to enter.

TEAM ASSIGMENT
- fantasy draft football teams will be selected. the draft is random.
- after every player is given a team, full rosters and "OVERALL" ratings will be released.
- players are given one real-life week to trade players with other teams.
- no custom players are allowed.

LEAGUE RULES

- matches are played with a sixty minute, highest-difficulty setting for both teams.
- overtime will be played SUDDEN DEATH, NFL-style. first team to score wins the game.
- all matches are simmed, and there is no interaction with myself and the game.
- injuries are turned on.
- there is one pre-season game.
- trades are allowed.
- playoff system is done NFL-style. teams will be evenly placed into divisions. the head of each division automatically goes to the playoffs. two wild-card matches are selected from each conference.

Oh yeah, and NPO entrants (so that they aren't so excluded) won't need to pay an entry fee. If they win, the winnings will be reserved until they are able to take it and I will just simply subtract $3,000,000 from the final prize money.

I'm actually thinking of negating the entry fee at this point, however.

Also, no. I don't know how many people actually own Madden 10 and to only allow people with off-site hardware to join seems pretty ridiculous.
