Ok I am confused. Each and every day I login to pay bills, I notice my pop has been reduced by 10-20 citizens. Today there was a drop of almost 30.

Is it something I am doing wrong? Is policy or tax based decline? Anyone else seen this?

That is a good point. Looking at your nation... It may help to dismiss about 3000 troops too. That's an odd one though. Even your government gives you a positive environment so I wouldn't guess it's that. Global Radiation is only 1.39 so I find that hard to blame it on too.

It is the nukes that have been going off lately, not much but thats what it is - my nation gets the same thing.
