I'll be brief - Kronos is an alliance made up of veteran members of the CN community who understand the value of activity. We don't have any requirements based on your nation's strength, however we do require that you be highly active both on our forums, and on IRC. We also take into consideration your maturity level and your intelligence when considering your application.

If you are interested in joining an active community where all opinions are valued and considered, I would encourage you to take a look at Kronos.
