You must file all reports requiring in-game cross-checking in this fashion. Failure to do so will result in your thread being ignored and/or a warn level raise.
Name change requests may only be filed by players with forum accounts currently in violation of the forum rules (your forum name must match either your ruler or nation name exactly). If filing a name change request, you MUST indicate which you want to change your name to--nation name or ruler name.
We will not ban and unban your forum account repeatedly upon request. This is annoying and unnecessary work for the team--not in their job description. If you need a break from the forums take one yourself; the moderation team staff is not here to babysit you. Exercise some self-control and avoid the areas you know you need to avoid.
SIGNATURE AND AVATAR RULE VIOLATION REPORTS
If you believe that a player/s has/have violated the forum signature and/or avatar guidelines, you must now start an individual thread reporting each instance. In other words, only one report per thread, please. To ensure that your thread is handled in a timely fashion, please report all suspected involved players using the following format.

FORUM SIGNATURES
I. Signatures
Those who fail to read and comply by these rules will have their signatures 'fixed' without warning. You may have only 1 picture per signature which may not exceed the maximum size described below. You may have no more than 8 lines of text and text size cannot exceed size 4. Each quote-tag and image count as a line.
II. Signature Pictures
Signature pictures must adhere to a total area of 450x150. Please don't message the moderation staff asking for an exemption as one will not be granted.
FORUM AVATARS
Size for avatars is limited by the forum mechanics, therefore there is no size issue for a user to worry about. Avatars must be in good taste, and any avatar containing a picture that is too violent, disgusting, sexually explicit, insulting to another player or staff member, etc. will be removed. Avatars that are potentially seizure inducing will not be permitted. Players may not "borrow" the avatars of any moderator past or present without permission.

Make sure to link to the specific post in question, not just the topic or page the post is on.
