im thinking about joining cn tournament addition but i have a normal cn account is it ok to have one account in both cybernations since they are different games.

Both games exist on separate databases, so (if I'm understanding your request right) this would be physically impossible. You can have an account by the exact same name, but having an account in SE will not give you an account in TE or vice versa.
