"I agree. A second visit will have to be arranged once peace occurs. Curristan's opinion regarding the crisis in North America is neutral. We are neutral by tradition. We have mostly never engaged in any foreign wars although during the Nordland crisis, the government then in power allowed anti Nordic nations to station ships in Curristani waters. We were never needed in the end. Since then we have never bothered beyond South America."

The Task Force anchored itself and a Blackhawk lifted off from CNS Bhima for its second journey to Curristan. Rear Adm. Suresh Shinde, Commander of the Task Force is in the helicopter bearing a rather bulky parcel. The parcel had been air dropped near CNS Bhima a day earlier from a Merat flying in from Cochin via Bosaso. The consignment was picked up from the sea by CNS Bhima's Blackhawk and taken aboard ship for final preparations.

Now it awaited covered in Red silk besides the Task Force Commander.

Resolution #011 - Military Bill 2009

This resolution outlines the new Curristan Military Bill.

Article 1: Overview

The bill will outline the budget of the Curristan Military for the coming year.

Article 2: Curristan National Army

The Curristan National Army is currently on defensive duties on Curristan Soil. It will recieve a C$1 Billion increase in funds as part of a military buildup. The new budget is C$7 Billion.

Article 3: Curristan Air Force

The Curristan Air Force has lost all its frontline fighter strength and attack helicopters as it overspent its last budget. However, due to this, the Curristan Air Force will receive an extra C$2 Billion increase as it rebuilds. The new budget is C$5 Billion.

Article 4: Curristan Missile Command

Curristan Missile Command has been building up a small inventory of 50 RT-2PM Topol ICBMs with 100 Conventional 10,000lb Warheads and 20 Tabun Chemical Warheads. The Chemical Warheads are however stored away and have never been tested. Curristan Missile Command spent under its last budget dispite the increase of its inventory. Curristan Missile Command will recieve a budget of C$7 Billion for new projects geared towards Curristan's missile defence.

Article 5: Curristan Defence Network (Corrunna Line plus AA Network)

The Curristan Defence Network had been built up since Curristan's creation after the fall of Colstream. The Corunna Line has had upgrades since its initial build, but has so far not been tested due to the relative peace in South America. More defensive upgrades are planned so to secure Curristan's security.

The integrated Anti Air Network has had the dubious honour of shooting down several aircraft, with one being a domestic airliner. This has forced the Curristan Government to increase the budget to develop a better radar system to prevent another similar incident.

The Curristan Defence Network will recieve a budget of C$12 Billion to fund the planned projects which will guarantee Curristan's security.

This bill will go into effect immediately.
