I've recently had an argument with a friend about weather it is legal to have a dual account in CN. I say that no, its not legal, but he keeps insisting. Could somebody please settle this and tell me if its legal or not? I've looked in the rules and have found nothing about dual accounts.

Are you asking about having one account that is accessed from two networks (but one person) or two accounts that are accessed from one network?

The former is fine but the latter is definitely not.

If the person was around prior to the rule change it would still be legal, but there are not many legal-multi's left, most of them died out.
