hey guys i need some help with recriting more members for my allaince would any of you like to help me out?

I would suggest speaking to the members of your own alliance for this rather than seeking outside help in this manner.

But if you are looking to recruit new members then I would suggest you look into the advantages and unique strengths of your alliance and creating a promotional message about it to send to non-aligned nations. At least that is what most alliances do anyway.
