Hello there,
Just wondering, Shouldn't aircraft infrastructure and Technology levels be lower than regular CN levels? I mean, Waiting to have 1000 infrastructure and 500 technology in TE is kinda too much.

not at all. it is attainable. I'd argue making aircraft harder to get in SE.

maybe double the tech and infra in SE needed to have aircraft. i mean a 1000 infra by the time you own 500 tech you will have i don't know more infra then that.
