This is an OOC thread for a thread still being created... because, like any massive war, there will be OOC and I want it going where it belongs... here.

Lavo and Voodoo have been planning a rolling of Roachin (Arabia) for sometime, in the Sand in the Wind thread thats in my sig. The other day, he declared. Seeing as how me and Zarfef have an MDP with Roachin, its war (Great War of Arabia in my sig).

I'd like to say this now, before it gets out of hand.
Lord Zephyr, you need planes and cruise missiles in game in order to have them in CNRP. Also, in order to perform any naval attack/activity, you need to be able to do so In game first.

Let be be the first to say this:
This is a war with a massive godmod potential, and we have all already seen it happening. I've been trying to stay away from this whole thing for quite a while for that reason, so let me make this short.
Voodoo, you can't RP Zephyr's (Or whoever's land it is you're trying to poach) people and you don't have a nation, so the military your RPing better be counted out of Lavo's.
Everyone keep in mind that you can't RP the other person's damage, you can't magically waltz through their defenses, you magically hit every target with your missiles, and you have to take into account the others RP, whether it be cities, defenses, bunkers or ridiculous crap like exploding cruise herring.
Please don't turn this into a massive flaming and godmoding war please, those are downright boring, and getting old about as fast as the recreations of Nordland.
Thank you and goodbye

All nations can have cruise missiles regardless of whether they have them IG or not, the IG CM count is used for biological and chemical warfare missile amounts.

This is insane. Already in Sargun's thread and the "Spy Games" thread there's a LOT of OOC banter that needs to stop. Isn't that what this thread was for, to STOP the OOC that interrupts so many threads?

It still doesn't mean you can RP his citizens or people within his country.
EDIT: Unless you RPed those people sneaking in or legally entering or forcing themselves in.

Spy games was a different thread, and I've moved it out of there. It actually has nothing to do with the current war and if never happens it will never make a difference.

Remember to give him plenty of time to reply on attacks, even if it takes a week.

I understand RL sometimes interferes, but a week is the MAXIMUM I would ever wait for a post if I were in a war. Actually, I don't think I would be able to wait that long--four days would probably be sufficient to make me impatient.

Especially in larger wars 4 days is easily reached. A well thought out warpost isn't an easy job

As long as I got just a little OOC post saying they were working on it, it would be sufficient for me. So long as I KNOW they haven't forgotten about it.

Lavo is extremely busy with college, as are many of us. This may be why it may take up to 4 days to a week before a reply is made. Don't rush things, and take time. This can be a really fun war if it's done right.

It's true, I have a real analysis test this week, an abstract algebra test next week, homework due every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, a thesis project, 3 courses in physics 112 (electromagnetism) to teach and grade and groceries to get, food to eat and sleep to get too little of. I'm already generally up till about 2 AM and Cybernations is my one break that allows me to relax, but to say I don't enjoy the fact that I have to respond to a post every day with a good war post is to say the least a blessing.

Yea, we'll pick it up after Lavo and I reply sometime soon. Lavo's been swamped with school work (as it seems you and the rest of us have been,

) so it may be the weekend before we can get back to this.
