Jackosia has today announced there is a plan for a Fallout Shelter System that will give the country a much better defence incase of a nuclear attack. The Minister of Defence hinted that the nation had no intentions to go to war, but that a good Fallout Shelter System will give Jackosia the upper hand incase of a rogue attack, or if its alliance has to go to war.
The plan has already been started, and should be built in a 2 or 3 weeks.
