One of the members in my alliance has messed all of our nations up with one word, so now we want to restart on CN. Is there any way that we can have these forum accounts banned, and make new forum accounts?

I mean, The Legion has gotten out of hand. The members of my alliance want to go back to peace, and the only way to do so is to delete our nations and start over. I was asking if it was possible to have these forum accounts banned and us have the ability to create new ones.
How many people are we talking about here? And you're saying they would all want brand new accounts to secure new anonymity instead of name change requests once the new nations have been created?
You're sure this can't be solved in-game? What you're proposing (if allowed) would result in a lot of work for the administrators, as anyone who requests a ban and then creates a new account later has to alert us for our records (ban levels carry over, so they're not banned for having multiple accounts, etc).

No, it would not be a lot of work. It is a rather small alliance. Let me put it this way, on our forums, we have 19 accounts. That includes about 4 or 5 ambassadors.
And no, The Legion just wants us dead (one of our members said ONE thing, and now they want to completely destroy us.)
SOE, I will have them PM an administrator one by one if this is allowed. (This should help keep track of things.)
It is a lot of work considering the end of wars and dissolution of alliances are things normally handled in character and in-game through diplomacy and/or the admission of defeat and disbanding of the defeated alliance. We have never been asked to allow an entire alliance to hide from the consequences of war through the OOC act of creating new nations and corresponding email accounts.

I suggest that you handle this in-character as it has always been done in the past. Those Legion folks are pretty smart and will probably find you even if you do restart.
