When I dragged my Moon mine to it's desired location, the "pop-up" showed two links of the same action in the bubble. It said something like relocate mine for ~1,000,000 and the same thing below it. And I didn't receive any option on switching moon resources either.

There are two different messages there if you read carefully:

QUOTE

Relocate Moon Mine for $1,000.00. You will be able to move this facility again after 7 days.

Relocate Moon Mine and generated new resource for $10,000.00. You will be able to move this facility again after 7 days.
