I have heard his name before, Who is DRDavid Banner?

That one that I know of was the rename of Bruce Banner (aka the Hulk) on the 70's tv show.

But who is the guy on cybenations?

Maybe if we're lucky he'll make an appearance.

I recognize the name. He did something stupid. Probably spied, stole aid, or went rogue.

DRDavid Banner...

He was:

a. a walking facepalm.
b. member of an ODN splinter group called The Holy Hills Mafia.
c. founder of an HHM splinter group called Rebbilon (The Rebellion in-game), who provided many of us with something to laugh at (and me someone to mess around with ).
d. [OOC]a cheater[/OOC].
e. one of the earliest members of New Purple Power.
f. a chronic ODN-hater.

And now he is no more.

A man who decided he could bring about the destruction of the Oppressive Defense Network all by his lonesome.

Just an observation, but you are new to the forums...under this name, and you ask about this character from back when. Maybe you are DRDavid Banner?

Impossible, the OP used proper spelling, capitalization; even a !@$%ing comma was in there.

DDB's typing was nothing short of atrocious. I remember that in the first Rebbilon thread I think I was about the only one who wasn't taking the piss out of it.

Did he have reason for wanting to take down the ODN? Or was he just crazy?

I'd hope his motivation was for the general amusement of the community at large, but it's more likely that they hurt his feelings or something.

Dr Davind Banner is probably the only character in this verse that i would LOL at. Repeatedly.

He also had a friend called, kitty dog? The spymaster.

Kittydog and him had a very public falling out. Anyway, I didn't want to post this collection of threads again coz I didn't wanna sound like a broken record, but since Gov'na Breck asked:

DDB forgives ODN... (or does he? see a future thread)

"Official End" of Rebbilon... nearly two months after I chased the last member off the AA.
Seems DDB DIDN'T forgive ODN after all... and instead has another ebil plan.

Heh, I don't ever recall Banner being an aid thief. Pseudo-idealist maybe. Wiki vandal. Horrible speller. And quite possibly the worst alliance leader and military strategist ever.

Worst kittydog ever did was jump a small CCC nation, then Banner jumped into the mess just before we ZIed KD Well, and he "spied" on Polaris, but that turned out to be him jacking the Polar charter from public areas.

If DRDB truly has returned my wish for more laughs has been granted.

I asked about Banner becuase people in my allaince mentioned his name. If I was Banner then why would I ask a question about myself.

I am not Banner. If I was Banner wouldnt I attack random ODN nations or something like that. People in my allaince mentioned his name. I asked why aand they did not answer. So I quit EOW and asked about DRDavid Banner here.

It seems one of Breck's former mates (twelve) was in an alliance called DREAMN with Banner. And that didn't end well.
