The Nation has reached its latest milestone, it has now passed the 2000 Nation Strength mark. Today The Empire announced plans for an advanced soldier programme, making the country's soldiers some of the most advanced in the world. Together with its Ultimate Force Plan The country aims to train the soldiers to their maximum strength and make them one of the best infantry soldiers in the world.
The country will begin by making a new digital pattern camouflage, named Digital Combat 09. After the first step it will maximise its economy to upgrade the soldiers and tanks of the crown armed forces.
Some plans of a naval force have been given to us by the MoD, and other plans regarding new special forces. This comes the day after the Country declassified its security service, the NIA.
Colonel-In-Chief of the Armed forces, Colonel Brick, today spoke about the ASP, 'The Advanced Soldier Programme has been released to try and make the army of tomorrow. The Programme will focus on strengthining the country's army, infrastructure and technology. The plans are large and complicated, however in today's world you need an army that is trained to it's maximum level.'
More details of the ASP are expected to be released throughout the week.

The MoD has today released its plans for the new '09 Pattern Camouflage range for the crown army. African, Desert, Woodland and Urban are the Crown Army's brand new set of camouflage patterns.
The African version (above) contains colours of jungle, desert and forestry for the ultimate camouflage pattern.
The Desert Version is made of the two primary desert colours, sandy and beige.
The Woodland version contains browns, greens and blacks to give the ultimate blending into the soldiers surroundings and making it extremely difficult for him to be spotted by the enemy.
And finally, the urban camouflage is made up of greys and black and is used for patrols through rural and urban towns. The Urban camouflage is also the primary camouflage for training troops before they deploy in heavily populated zones.
The new patterns are the first step made by the MoD towards its aim for the soldiers of tomorrow.

The empire of the UK has downgraded it's threat today after recieving good intelligence from the NIA, that the country is under no immediate threats. The Government complimented the NIAs work, saying that it has performed a 'successful mission'. regarding it's operation to lower the threat level below hightened, along with it's plans for the new crown army. The NIA was unavailable for comments.

7 Days of Backcollecting begins.
Today the empire announced it's plans to not collect taxes for the next week. The next tax collection is due to be performed on the 21st of September, next monday. The collecting is planned to try and boost the countries economy and help the nation purchase more infrastructure and technology, to grow.
Threat Level Reduced, Again
Today the Secretary of State for Defence and War, announced that new evidence presented by the National Intelligence Agency, or NIA, has allowed the country to lower it's threat level to LOW, the lowest level on the scale. This has increased the happiness of the nation and become the first step to becoming a more friendly nation, despite controversy over the recent Avanced Soldier Programme.
The ASP has caused controversy throught the nation. Citizens protest that the ASP is there to make their nation ready to fight, however the government were quick to dismiss this and issued the following statement:

Today the Government ended 8 days worth of no Taxes. The Country topped it's financial collection records with a tax collection of over £1 million. The governments expresses it's apologies to it's citizens but claims it had to be done.
