Ive ran it through the Resource Calculate a dozen time to be sure something was wrong, and we didn't just screw up the a trade circle. How ever as far as i can tell we are not receiving the Construction bonus for my nations (at least two other nations in the circle look to have the same problem though i didnt run there trades through the calculator.) and know i'm not sure if its giving us the bonuses anyways.
