The German Empire in an attempt to silence me as a member of the EU today as of 5:00 EST on MSN President Chris of the German Empire had this to order of us:

This also applies to RoA to not engaging EU members in 3rd party IRC channels."

After this request I proceeded to swear at Chris a few times i am supposed to be diplomatic but they attempt to throw their weight around against me and to violate my rights in talking to my friends.

I suggest you ignore them. This "German Empire" is nothing more than a rump state with the best of its members leaving to form, you guessed it, the Republic of Aquisgrana. Not to say that TGE was ever more than a communist CADRE vassal and Frederick's tool of self-aggrandizement.

2) If he's trying to silence you for a good reason (and judging by the fact you posted this topic, probably), you should listen. If it's not, then ignore him. Simple as that, really.
3) This sounds like something your gov agreed to: "Indeed I am here to talk to you about the RoA Blackout that Viktor has agree to do with EU." Assuming this Viktor is in your gov, of course.

I did not agree to the terms set up and as such I do not know them La Hire did so

Your government agreed to the blackout. You didn't. You left. Seems normal enough to me. If you don't want to follow the orders of your government, why would you stay?

If you were in government and another gov member agreed to this, then your anger deserves to be pointed at him, not TGE. Now, I don't have the foggiest idea how your structure works or what kind of government you had, so was one person authorized to make this decision?

Good times, now to set the records straight! A long time ago, a citizen of the German Empire named La Hire wanted to found or help create the European Union, we agreed to it, and he offered to send aid to citizens of the German Empire for protecting it without a present Protectorate which is in the process of being ratified.

So anyways, I and a couple of Imperial Officials entered the newly established EU IRC channel. All was good till their Foreign Affairs Minister, (Michigan_etc) started to talk rather disrespectfully, and ejecting all TGE Officials from the channel who did not start anything. Within hours, La Hire and other officials of EU heard of his actions and sacked him from his duty as Foreign Affairs Minister for his utter lack of respect. EU Officials also wanted to follow TGE in its Blackout Policy which it had in place, and so, it was asked if he would do the same.

Under what circumstances is it appropriate to attempt to pacify an foreign entity?

Why would this EU be barred from speaking with RoA in particular? And on the flip side, why would RoA be barred from speaking with the EU?

TGE has bad blood with RoA as RoA is comprised of former members who left on, if I remember correctly, less than good terms. And I suppose they're barring EU members from communications with them because they do so themselves and are pushing that policy on their protectorate. Not how I would conduct business myself, but hey, that's life. *shrug*

the EU (myself) was at this point attempting to find a more suitable protector rather then paying for the protection of TGE(which for all intents and purposes seemed non existent).

You sir in veiled ways warned me off attempting to court a better protector... In addition in my replies to you about your conduct regarding my friends were opinion purely if they ruffled your feathers so be it.
At this point I was angry with your alliance(namely you) for your conduct against other alliances and specifically about your veiled threats about not being allowed to seek a better protector. I decided to remove your men from my channel, and because your alliance members had autojoin enabled for my channel I removed them with the kick/ban feature whereas they were removed from my channel.


and to the statement about my "sacking" from TEU La Hire asked me to leave peacefully and in addition he promised to compensate me for losses/anguish/annoyance.

Swindle? How so? At the time of the deal, TGE was having problems and couldn't send any aid, and they knew that. However, they wanted to send aid in good faith and wanted to help the Empire during its time of troubles. Both parties respect and appreciate each other, I am sure La Hire will be here soon.

I got nothing from him, he did send over a committee of supporters of his to try and help me but they did little to nothing to foster the growth of TKP

TGE was too busy using its MittelEuropa Plan(as the whole thing was called) as nothing more then a member farm for the wounded and battered TGE(who was just coming off the Karma War)
