For the past several days I've noticed that I've been missing several bonus resources. I first noticed this on my 3 month anniversary, when I went to collect 12 days of back taxes.
As you can see from this screen print I only have steel and fine jewelry.
But according to the Resource Calculator Tool I am supposed to have a total of 7 (8 if my literacy rate was better).
Because of this my bills are too high and my collections are too low. Is there some reason for this aberrant behavior?
