When you try to nuke someone after war declaration it says, "You must wait until after 24 hours after declaring war to launch nuclear weapons."

But the time before you are allowed to nuke is actually longer. If you declared war at 1:25:12 pm you still get the same message at 1:26 pm the next day.

I propose the time til nuke becomes exactly 24 hours or the message is changed to reflect the actual time you can nuke your opponent.

The way it is now I'm not exactly sure when I can nuke my opponent and I end up refreshing the Nuclear Attack page repeatedly until I can attack.

that would be nice... Its been 23 minutes after the 24 hour mark and I still cant launch my nukes.

The way it currently is is fine.
Currently, you can nuke someone 24 hours, rounded to the next hour after you declare war.

Ie. if you declare war at 12:35, you can nuke at 13:00 the next day. Likewise if you declare at 12:01, 12:24, 12:47 or even 12:59.
Declare at 13:01 though, and you won't be able to nuke until 14:00 the next day.

I disagree. 24 hours is 24 hours not 24 hours rounded up. If a nation declares at 11:45 pm as most usually do that means you have to wait until update to nuke them. That can make a big difference. If this is the way it is going to be perhaps nuclear armed alliances would be better off declaring at 10:59 so they can nuke before and after update. (note to self)

If I recall correctly, this is the way it's been since Admin removed the ability to nuke as soon as you declare war.

That may be true but there still is a disparity between the message and the actual time to nuke. Perhaps this should be considered a suggestion as much as a defect report.
