I noticed this bug a day or two ago when I read some of my ground attacks:

Any existing peace offers that were on the table have been automatically canceled.

Now, at the time, I had only about $500 but the money that my opponent gained is over $10,000.

Is this a bug or just part of the game?

Maybe it accounts for tanks and such abandoned.

That was what I thought at first but I could not find anything about that on the guide.
