At PPO, we are an alliance built mainly around peace, tech deals, and helping nations be built to the best of their abilities. We have Pacts with Mostly Harmless Alliance/Siberian Tiger Alliance/and others. If you would like to start up any kind of pact with us we will be glad to take it into consideration.
The part that's even better about the alliance is that if you decide to join, after an Open Book test (which we will actually provide links to answer the questions) you can receive $3 million dollars in starter aid to put towards your nation with absolutely no strings attached. The people inside of the PPO are all extremely nice and helpful so if you ever have any questions about the game they will be more than willing to answer them.
