Working together the two escaped and founded SCORPIA in revenge. Members are known to swear that "they shall kill N. Reeki, Markus Wilding and Hidolf Atler at all costs or so help them God". There are thousands of members worldwide, as of N. Reeki's last known interrorgation with Yassen.

SCORPIA stands for Sabotage, CORruPtion, Intelligence and Assassination. Their members are known to be world-class marksmen.

SCORPIA's latest actions are terrorizing the USB with threats, a failed assassination attempt on N. Reeki in Reine Wald, and destroying a police station with C4.

The Government of Disparu recommends that the USB Government should check all citizens if they have any connections with SCORPIA.

As for how to deal with SCORPIA,

find and keep tabs on every known major and minor member which can hold the group together in a crisis or unite them under one banner and execute them simultaneously.
Then, take whatever actions you have to make sure that the group begins to fight itself as other members try to gain power until the crime group is nothing but a shadow of it's former self.
