Today I would like to enform you that the Warsaw Pact is declaring its existance (one member and some applicants). It is an alliance not centered around communism but casuality; that beating around unaligneds and small, small alliances is fun. We have three central rules:

1. RL comes first
2. Respect your comrades
3. Work to further the alliance, and thus yourself.


I hope you consider joining an upstart alliance; if you do, put Warsaw Pact Applicant in your AA and PM me, that simple.
