I sanctioned a black team member earlier in the round but nothing seemed to happen - I just assumed they had no team trades or had ticked the secret trade bit. But now I put a sanction against this nation: http://tournament.cybernations.net/nation_...tion_ID=1000778 and nothing happened again. Tracer reported similar problems. Do we have a bug?

I think it just takes away the happiness bonus now.

Hahaha, I reported that as possible faking of a system report because it didn't seem to have affected my trades at all

At the end of last round, I was sanctioned and was unable to accept any incoming black team trade offers.

If I remember correctly, but please don't mark my word for it, I either lost my bonus resources supplied by the black team traders (and the foreign natural resource benefits even though they continued to display), or nothing happened.

However, when you sanction someone, it's always the case that resources continue to display. You'll have to find out what happened to Brian Blessed Is God.

It will only remove the trades on the color that you are senator of. If he had no black trades then it will not affect him.

yeah I know, but two black team nations with full trades having no team trades seems unlikely...

If a trade is not getting a same team color happiness bonus then it is considered a 'secret trade' and therefore will not be affected by a sanction.

Really? That is easily exploitable...

admin, all my trades are black team and are checked for the happiness bonus, yet I haven't lost any trades. I'm assuming it's the same for most others. Trades are supposed to delete, right?

Just to clarify, I was one of the 5 nations sanctioned by LE. I had five in-team trades, and I lost none of them. So there appears to be something wrong here.

Who sanctioned you? The have to be on the same team as you in order for it to affect your team trades.

It was the black team LE senator (I am black team). Darklink (black) unsanctioned me later, but it had no effect, just as the sanctions had no effect on me.
