The actual Moderation Forum in which this thread is placed is for player discussion with moderators regarding game policy only. This rule is strictly enforced and breaking it will result in an automatic warn level raise, so please read this post and the other pinned threads thoroughly before posting. When in doubt, PM a forum moderator.
This forum is not for requests or abuse reports. Game policy discussions are respectful proposals to the game staff regarding potential policy changes, period.
The rules are more strictly enforced in the Moderation forums than anywhere else on the forums. Misconduct, especially towards game staff, will result in an automatic 40% warn level increase + a two-day suspension. Aggregious offenses will result in a permanent ban from the game and forums.

Make sure you read the pinned required reading in each forum before posting as instructed.
- Any forum-related requests or abuse reports (name changes to match your in-game nation as required by the rules, OP thread lock requests, flame reports, etc) belong in the Forum Abuse forum.
- In-game abuse reports (possible multis, request to check your IP, nation-specific in-game moderation info requests, report inappropriate bio, etc) belong in the Game Abuse forum.
- Forum-related appeals and warn reduction requests belong in the Warn and Ban Appeals forum. Please note you may not appeal in-game actions; all in-game actions are final.
- General game-and/or-forum-related questions of any kind belong in the Questions Center.
- Suggestions regarding the game go in the Suggestion Box.
- If you believe you have encountered a bug start a thread in the Report a Bug section.
Before posting in any forum, and especially the Moderation forums, you are required to read the pinned threads of this forum and the sub forums.
You may find the answer to your concern in the rules and avoid a warning or nation deletion by doing so. Posting in the incorrect forum and/or out of the required format will result in your request or report being ignored and a warn level increase. If your report is ignored or in queue do NOT bump any thread in Moderation nor spam Mod PM inboxes; it will be handled if it's filed correctly when the mod staff is ready to rule. Please read and follow procedure to save the volunteer game staff a lot of time sorting through mis-filed reports and moving threads to the appropriate area.
