Full Version: in-game threats and/or attacks for OOC reasons

First, I've read the multiple pinned threads and instructions, but still I'm unsure if this is the correct forum. If it's not, I apologize (I did my best, though).

Also, this post will be a lil bit vague, but I don't know how to improve it without giving out details I don't want to, for now.

Let's assume that I have something to say about some other player OOC comments / avatar / signature / etc. It's not exactly something "friendly", but of course I'm willing to be polite and to just express my point of view... Let's call it "criticism". Also, I'm willing to post about it outside the OWF.
Despite all my efforts, I'm afraid that that "other player" may see it as "trolling"; if you read across the OWF (and I'm quite sure you do), you probably know what I'm talking of.
That "other player" may (easily) happen to have much bigger friends - in terms of in-game power - that the ones I can count on. And, they may decide that I "deserve" in-game punishment for something I did (despite it was absolutely OOC/not in-game) - just because "might makes right" and so on. To be more explicit, they may decide to ZI my Nation/Alliance/friends/mother/etc.

Is there already a rule that may help me in this case? Will the Mods/Admin effectively do their best to prevent, stop or punish this type of aggression?

Thanks for your time.

There are no conditions that someone may declare war in someone else. So no, there are no rules to help you. Best you can do is don't annoy people who are bgger than you. Or join an larger alliance that can protect you.

Speaking as a man who frequently arranges punishment in-game for things said on these forums, I'd advise you to bite your tongue.

There are no rules to protect you from those stronger than you.
The Mod
They can declare war on you for any reason they want, as long as it isn't offenisve.
