Are you sure the nation your trading with hasnt switched teams, then switched back to Red? Are you sure the trade wasnt offered when the other nation was on another sphere?

And I dont know how it looks like when youve checked the option for the trade not to be visible from a spy op but, if he offered the trade, make sure he didnt tick that option.

ya I had switched color for a little bit while the trade as active. Guess that messed it up.
