We have only 33 members, so i think that the rules for senators, how many votes tehy need, should be revised, and for TE in general that is true, cause there are significantly fewer people in TE to vote in general. can that thing be adjusted so you can message and sanction with fewer votes?

Players can vote 3 times per election cycle so this is not a bug.
