im trien to create my new account but when i try it tells me i already have one so i ask for forgotten password but then tells me i dont have account. plz fix

i fixed it delete ur cookies then it should work

You should be able to login to the game with your previous user ID if you had the 'Retain User Name At Reset' option checked in your profile. Otherwise try clearing your browser cache and registering a new user name.

Clearing my cache gave me a different message, but same result.


"The account that you attempted to register appears to be banned on CN standard. Bans from CN standard carry over to CN:TE. If you do not remember your user name or password you can have it sent to you."

Which had me rush over to Standard in a panic.

Clearing cache didn't do the trick, but clearing cookies did. Thanks Bwyard and Admin for the quick responses.

I cleared cookies too, and I'm still getting the ban message, even with a brand new email I created just to attempt to register.

I don't know what user name you are trying to use but try a different one.

Bans from CN:S carry over to TE....... thats pretty lame.
