Hey i was just wondering if someone could explain to me why i had this problem in TE. basically i had 5 schools and 2 universities right. now i try to destroy 2 schools to swap improvements but i keept getting an error report saying i can't destroy schools cus i have universities up. Now i would still have been above the 3 schools required to have universities in the first place even after the improvement destruction. Is this an intentional bug as to not allow us to destroy schools when we have universities?? also i notice a lot of the information for TE is off in the information screen. tks for your time

This has been brought up numerous times in standard and now also in TE but yes, its just the way it is at the moment, you can't decom schools or clinics without first decomming Universities and Hospitals.

I though i had read something about it before but i was'nt 100% sure. i think they should probly fix it for TE though since ppl have so much fewer improvements.
