Rossiyskaya has had its days, its been through thick and thin, rough and great times. But, the nation still walks with a limp. The parliament has begun the impeachment trials already for me. No one knows why. Perhaps someone in my administration wants my power. I will not let this happen. Today, Wednesday February 4, 2009, The 45th Rossiyskayan Parliament is hearby dissolved, and all representatives are released from their duty. All treaties signed in the past are now void, and I resign from office. The Rossiyskayan Empire is hearby placed into the control of Vaule. I thank the Rossiyskayan citizens in supporting me, I thank Vaule for the help they have given us in the past.
