The Imperium of America has always prided itself in its revolutionary, although limited domestic gaming department. Recently, in order to provide the Imperium with a game to fill in for the extended production period of Fallout 3, the game
"Ignite People On Fire" was released. It is quite literally a burning sensation in the Imperium, a national past-time in the making.

No it wasn't.
Bethesda Softworks is an Imperial Gaming Company. We'd like to know how you managed to get a hold of a pirated version of an incomplete game.

Procinctia would like to file a copyright infringement suit against Bethesda Softworks. Procinctia is currently a nation of bunker dwellers living under the inhospitable contaminated wasteland of a former capital city, the similarities between the ‘Fallout 3’ project and Procinctia’s current situation are too similar to be coincidental.

From the office of Generalissimo, Generalissimo of Procinctia

The Imperium's government will use all assets at its' disposal to fight off said lawsuit, up to and including ICBM weaponry. On a serious note, we did not know your situation was copyrighted. Under Imperial laws it falls under a fictional video-game.
(OOC:

Not really.

Procinctia’s current population already lives in nuclearsecured bunkers, adding radiation and a postatomic backstory would only further Procinctia’s claims.

We refuse to accept the lawsuit on account of this not being the year 2270, Procintia not being the United States of America, the nonexistence of any such entity as the Enclave, and no world-wide nuclear war.

We don't know who your Bethesda Softworks is, but ours released Fallout 3 last year. Perhaps Bethesda thought to release Fallout 3 separately in such a backwards country as yourself.
