Baggs pitched an idea similar to these "Couldn't Care Bears" to a company in 2006. They were called "Despair Bears". He hopes you have better luck than he did.

Game Reviews Montly, a Palintinian game magazine, gave Hello Kitty Fun Time Adventures a score of 3/10, citing the game was of below average production quality, mind-numbingly repetitive, and unnecessarily crude at some points. One reviewer went as far as calling the game a "guilty pleasure for the deranged, but just ridiculous to the rest of us."
