KaiserMelech Mikhail
As international shipping has expanded, Kaisermelech Mikhail has ordered improvements and expansions be made to the port of Mietonka. Along with new spots for ships and a new cruise ship and oil tanker terminal, new skyscrapers will be built near the water. There will be three towers, each 45 stories high, open to international businesses.

The old port featured a specialty cargo terminal, ferry docks, and three quays for container cargo. The red rectangles are berthing locations for ships.

The expanded port facility has added many new berthing spots for ships (orange), along with a lot of new infrastructure (Dark Grey). A station for the docking of oil tankers has been built, saving time and opening dock space in the harbor. A cruise ship terminal has been added with the hopes of increasing tourism. The Marscurian Coast Guard has built a base in the harbor, and two of the cutters are stationed there in order to provide security.

The the new towers are seen here:

Once again, floor 2, or 2 floors?
Raritan
OOC: Edited. Are there skylobbies? If not, floors 10 and 11. If there are, the 2 floors directly above the skylobby.

You have both been accepted. Northern Petrol, your permit will be delivered to your main offices, make sure to keep it on the ship that is docking. Your docking charges are subject to change with each visit.

Just a reminder, there is plenty of space in all of the towers.
