Section I
The undersigned nations declare and agree to recognize each others sovereignty, current and future land borders, and coastal waters up to five (5) miles offshore and further agree that no oppression, invasion of, or interferance of internal matters shall occur without request.

Section II
The undersigned nations agree to come to the defense of one another in the event of any attack upon the signitories home soil, or after any first strike by a foreign nation on any asset of the signatories. Excluded from this section is an attack made upon a signatory by a third party in response to treaty obligations after a decleration of war or first strike by a signatory.

Section III
If a signatory makes a declaration of war or a first strike on a foreign power, the other signatory may agree to or refuse to participate in the aggresive action. If they choose to participate, they shall be allowed to use their own forces as they see fit.

Section IV
If a signatory is in possesion of intelligence concerning the other nation, it is required by this document to be shared in private, unless or until both nations involved agree to public release.

Section V
In order to promote free trade, the ports of all signatories will be open to civilian and merchant vessels at all times. During war time, warships and other military vessels may make port for repairs and resupply of non-military items including (but not limited to) food and fuel. No weapons will be resupplied unless both signatories are at war with the third party.

Section VI
A forty-eight (48) hour notice is required if either signatory wishes to cancel this treaty. This notice must be given in a private note as well as a public statement. Reasons for the cancelation are required in the private note, but not the public statement.
