By the divine right given to the monarch to rule their realm, this treaty shall be passed between the Marscurian Empire and the Estovakian Imperium.
Article 1: Non-Agression
The Marscurian Empire and Estovakian Imperium agree to never go to war against each other. Passage of military equipment through each other's lands shall only be done with consent of the other party.
Article 2: Free Trade
Goods from the other country shall be allowed to enter the country with no tariffs. No road, railway, airport, or seaport shall turn away goods or bar entry, save for security reasons.
Article 3: The ports of Mietonka and Utica
Seeing as the Estovakian Imperium is effectively landlocked, the Marscurian ports of Mietonka and Utica are open to Estovakian cargo for a minimum fee.
Article 4: Cancelation
If a nation wishes to leave this treaty, a 72 hour notice must be given before leaving.
