After much discussion within the government of Estovakia between Empress Kusanagi, her civilian advisors and her military officers a number of changes have been made to the nation of Estovakia. A number of them are minor with a fair few of them more serious. A number of changes could also be called radical by some.

The nation of Estovakia hereby renames itself the Estovakia Imperium. The Imperium will be run by the empress and only the empress and when the empress passes away then one of the empress's children will take to the throne. She will be helped by her military and civilian advisors but the final decision will be made by herself. All citizens of the Imperirum will have to swear in a pledge of allegiance to the empress.

The symbol of Estovakia has now be changed to suit the Estovakia Imperium. The new symbol is displayed below and will be used on almost all of the Estovakian vehicles and uniforms.



As with the change in symbol a chnge in our nation's anthem has also been introduced. The new Imperium anthem is below.

As it has recently been pointed out to us by a number of nations our military was able to incorparate rogue elements which were then able to cause a very dangerous incident which could have brought us and our allies into war. For this reason the military is being screened and any found to not be totally loyal to the empress will be removed from service and placed in a penal legion to be used for dangerous duties like mindfield clearence.

To help maintain their loyalty to the empress new uniforms have been drawn up and will soon be implemented. each branch of the military will have their own uniform whilst officers will also have their own unique uniform.

For civilians a number of changes have been put in place for them as well.

All civilians must now collect their identity cards were are currently being produced ths is so we can check for any illegal immigrants who may have entered then nation as well as helping to catch any careless spies. As said before all civilians must pledge their allegiance to the empress ad it is no compulsory for all young men and woman aged between 16-40 to serve at least two or three years in the military barring any special reasons for them not to.

As well as the changes being made the Estovakia Imperium has a few announcements to make.

Firstly. We would like to inform the Dutch that those behind the rogue attack on your nation's forces have been located and though two of them were killed in a firefight another eight ex-officers have been taken alive and would you like us to send them to you for trial by your nation.

Secondly. We would like to apologise to those nations who were at a conference set up by Promised Land where our diplomat said a number of comments she shouldn't have. We and her apologise for this and ask for your forgiveness and she is currently being sent for training so that she can be more successful in the future.

Thirdly. We are interested in maintaining and making new relations with foreign nations and thus we are asking that if any nations would like to set up an embassy with us then could they please reply to the questions below so we can set them up.

We are very glad to set up and have an embassy here with the Hanseatic Republic as we feel we owe yourselves our apologies for casuing that extra bother due to our rogue forces. We will also glady sign those two treaties as soon as possible.

IC: While Dranagg has a Monarch it is a elected one by all of the nation, and thus we feel slightly put off by the pledge of loyalty your citizens must take. Here if they arn't loyal they voted for someone else.

STRENGTHEN the special bonds of friendship and cooperation among their nations;

CONTRIBUTE to the harmonious development and expansion of world trade and provide a catalyst to broader international cooperation;

REDUCE troubles in trade

INSURE all products are safe, and tested for bacteria, upon entering either nation

ENHANCE the competitiveness of their firms in global markets

MUST give at least a 72 hour notice before cancelling the agreement

MUST NOT send any explosives trough the 2 boarders, unless authorized by the recieving nation
