Background: As many might remember, the D.S. just recently had a major crack down on the Communists. The D.S. is a fascist Government, and they are beginning to loose Power to the Dellian Reform Party which has begun to emerge as the major political power in the land and has begun to organize several Para Military Groups. Empress Amy Thompson is a party member of the D.S. and doesn't wish for the D.S. to loose Power.

Imperial Palace, 0700 hours.

Amy Thompson strode through the hallways of the palace, on the way to her war room. She nodded at some of the D.S. Troopers who were bustling through the hallways. She entered the room and nodded at all of the party officials and military officers that stood up and saluted her. She walked to the head of the table and sat down.

She looked at the men in the room and asked, "So, can anyone tell me what the hell is going on?"

General Forest Gump stood up and began to speak, "Madam, DRF militia groups are mobilizing and have seized the town of Pampas, which as you know is mostly DRF leaning."

"How many men do the DRF military groups have General?"

"Mam, I would estimate at around 20,000 men"

"Have we mobilized our troops yet General?"

"Yes your highness, 50,000 D.S. Troopers are on route to the city"

"General, I have I special order for you, Parliament is in session at this time, go to it, and arrest every non D.S. Member of Parliament and bring them here for questioning."

"Yes my Empress!"

Amy Thompson watched as the General bustled out of his chair and ran out of the room, turning to her MoFA, Jewel Centuria she beckoned her closer.

"Jewel, notify our allies in the SSA, let them know that we may soon have a full scale revolution in our hands"

Speaker: The Parliament has been passed an issue for debate from the opposition, under article 4 subsection 3 of the Parliamentary Procedures Act. The ruling coalition has accepted the issue.

Later we even looked on as those who the Dellian Government branded 'communists' were persecuted. The events of today are yet another sign that the existing Dellian Government is moving away from the moderate position that promised when the D.S came to power.

We tolerated this new government on account of the fact that what it replaced was incompetent. There are limits, we cannot stand aside whilst Dell Land, our largest border and neighbour sinks deeper into despotism and Fascism!

Interior Affairs Minister (National Party): As the foreign minister is away with Queen Relana on her state visit, i will speak on behalf of the government.

The opposition member made a good point, that the current administration of Dell Land is more stable and more effective at governance than the last. The government does not believe that except in the most serious of circumstances that we have the right to interfere in the affairs of other states *shouts of derision* even, yes, even if they are our neighbours. The D.S government *shouts are louder* is investing in infrastructure, education and healthcare and its is stable and friendly towards Sassain.
