Immediately upon the announcement by Kawasaki Shozo, a place was reserved for a meeting in Melbourne. As the city was not officially completely under the jurisdiction of Promised Land or New Cymru, it could be considered an international city where anyone was free to come--the perfect place for a meeting between members of several nations.

All interested parties were given the word within the day that the place was ready, and the meeting would begin once everyone arrived.

Vice President Cheney will attend on behalf of the Republic of Rebel Virginia. He has several things to say about these people.

He will be respected as the representative of Rebel Virginia.

OOC: You guys can feel free to RP their arrival by boat, plane, or sub, whatever floats their boat. Once they touch land, then you need to wait for mine and/or Sumer's reply.

Vice President Cheney's plane landed in Melbourne. A man sized crate was rolled onto the tarmac, and Cheney punched his way out. Cheney mumbled incoherently for an hour, with a snarl on his face, before asking where the nearest pet store was. He explained that he wanted to buy some kittens, and maybe a puppy.

The man assigned to drive him to the conference blinked at this rather surly individual, but nevertheless complied.

"Folow me, sir," he said, waving to the government limo. "I'll take you there. No one else has arrived yet anyway..."

"Take me to the hospital too. I want to see the newborns." he snarled. "Also, Rummie's plane should be arriving too. He's the other representative we're sending."

The Emperor shall be sending Premier Liu Kaishui to this conference.

A blast of smoke shot from the ground like a hot geyser. The flurry of hot steam began to spin, and turn red, emitting an ominous hum, and then, amid the whirring sounds and red clouds, there stood three men. Two with black masks over their entire faces, in business suits, and one with a paper bag of his head. "Well, that was weird. You, call base, tell them that we need to work on that parachute landing beacon.. thing; Too loud, too much smoke."

Baggs Q. Headington, esq. had arrived.

Kawasaki Shozo, the most powerful industrialist of both Camberlain and the former Oceanic Federation, arrived.





A robust old man, he hurries to the location of the meeting, determined to put a stop to the genocidal madness.

"He will be picked up and greeted by someone as well, sir." The man privately mused that it was probably better to keep the man away from children, but he didn't say thsat aloud as he opened the door for the man to get in the car, only getting in himself after the man was seated.

After taking him everywhere he wanted to go, they would head to Eureka Tower, where the meeting was to take place.


Will this person be arriving by plane or ship?


The man assigned to greet them blinked at their theatrics, but did not react any other way. "Please follow me, sirs. The car is this way."

He was respectfully ushered into the building to the elevator. The meeting was not on the ground floor, but the fourth. The entire floor had been reserved for this meeting, and the normal residents paid well to temporarily vacate the premises.

Another jet landing, and Donald Rumsfeld arrived. His position in the government was......he was just sort of there there. Meanwhile, Cheney demanded to be taken to the hospital so he could see the newborns. He was quite hungry after all. It was a long flight.

A phone rang to the former Vice President.

"Hello this is Premier Liu, we forgot your severance pay, flying in a Gao full of babies was quite loud, please pick them up at your earliest convinience."

Cheney snarled in delight at the news. He would send his people to retrieve his precious pay at once.

A Samsung L300 personal jet landed on the tarmac at around 8:50 PM. Upon landing, five members of the Imperial Guard--all handpicked--exited bearing their weapons at ready. Once they verified that the area was clear of anything hostile, an Imperial aid stepped out followed by Emperor Kim Seho.


(OOC: The Guardsmen are very overzealous. I know.

Supreme General Yumi Shikazo and Imperial Judge Ogono Nakagaki will be arriving by plane

OOC: Are those made up names? Never seen such combos....

OOC: Yumi and Nakagaki (i misspelled it) are actual names, yes. Ogono...possibly, not sure. the name Shikazo has been in my RPs since I started

OOC: Oh, so that's how he is...tsk tsk tsk...

IC: As requested, he was taken to the hospital and allowed to see the newborns, but the doctors would not actually allow hiomn in the same room. "Sorry, only medical personel and parents allowed."



OOC: So what do I do with him now?


OOC: Hey, so are mine, so that's OK.

ICL: They would see Promised Land's own security agents. Though they didn't know it, many of the security guards were Kyokujitsujin's who had Permanent Residence status in this nation. The SWORD agents were also there, in the number of a dozen, keeping sdiscrete eyes out for any trouble...


They are free to fly over our territory to get to Melbourne.

The Secretary of the Minister of Defense was sent to the conference from the Dragon Empire.

The black-suited man in the black suit was sent to the conference from the Western Republic.

As the holder of the largest collection of KT people, Prime Minister Hawk will be personally attending.

OOC: Shall we begin?

Neo Olympia shall send two representatives, Major Masaki Kobayashi and his aide Captain Reiko Tane. they arrive by C130 transport plane and enter the conference and introduce themselves. They are wearing plain black uniforms with no decorations other than their rank on them.

Margrave Khendon arrived in a small black van. He was escorted by four severely dressed Marines, their suits and ties clashing with the neatly held M-4's. He greeted the great Industrialist, murmering a few words in his ear. "This is what it comes to, father? Are all men who are forced to do good in the dark cursed?"


The Margrave politely greeted the other representitives.

The Dragon Empire delegation looked over to Margrave. "The Chairman sends his best regards." He states solemnly and sighs faintly, then shakes his head.

Itamár Cardim, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs will attend the conference and should arrive soon at the locality, wherever it may be within Melbourne.

OOC: More for the sake of observation and neutral comments, if such is called for. Not sure if I'd have any Kyokujitsujin in my nation though, since I was in the opposing side of the Pacific War. can i plz still coem?

The prime minister arrives at the event with small security detail all following the hosting nation's laws.

President Song Lee of Boomtown quietly arrives and takes a seat to the rear of the room. He doesn't care much for flashy displays of arrogance or the pomp of statehood. He is escorted by two plainclothes bodyguards and a personal assistant.

Sir Patton just seemed to appear within the designated building. No one was really sure how or when he got there. Perhaps not even he knew for sure but he was there as the Naboo representitive and he would do his job.

A minor diplomat arrived at the conference. He had been assigned to this for 'diplomatic training.' He was there to observe, and nothing else.

"It is comforting to know that the Chairman still regards me at all. If you would, please hand him this...personally. I wouldn't advise you to read it, but...just make sure it gets to him."

OOC: Subtle, what format did you have in mind for this conference? A large round table?

The letter was received, it would be delivered to Maelstrom immediately after this conference. For the moment, the delegation sat quietly and waited, watched. It was not here to speak. It was done with speaking for the moment on the world stage as it had made its own angers known. Instead, it would listen to see what new information would be given.

The representatives from Neo Olympia sit down at the table and observe.

President Song Lee takes a seat and does not speak. He opens a small notebook and uncaps a pen. It merely is a device to help himself organize his thoughts by writing down the more arcane bits that tend to get overlooked at first glance. His assistant hands him a folded map that he lays, unopened, under the notebook.

A tall, broad shouldered man with golden-red hair walks into the room. He wears a plain black, high collared jacket devoid of all insignia but for two silver emblems on either side of his collar. On the left are the double sig runes showing the man is an Armtha SS officer, on the right is a stylized dragon in front of a harp, showing the man's rank as a member of the inner circle of high ranking officers. His high black boots gleam in the light, sharply sounding on the floor.

He is, in essence, the quinissential Tahoan. Extremely tall, broad shouldered with light hair and eyes. His very presence, towering over the other delegates, in particular the old Kyokujitsan, is a subliminal symbol of Tahoan superiority. He is silent, for now, fingers drumming the grip of his pistol.

Kawasaki tilted his head slightly up at the Tahoan. He was, after all, a man tall for his age, at 185cm.


'So, this is an example of the bloodthirsty Tahoan.'

OOC: Surely the host nation would check weapons at the door.

OOC: Well they certainly failed at stopping him, so I guess not

OOC: I'm sure Subtle will take it away when he comes on next.

OOC: Good luck to him. Dead guards or dead Tahoan dignatary leading to war if that happens. Most likely both

OOC: I suppose I'll have to handle this. Slight recon, due to this particular post.


IC: One of the Kyokujitsujin security guards (who was much taller) stopped the Tahoan dignatary before he entered the conference room.


"You'll have to leave the pistol with us sir. Direct orders from the Security Detail."

If subtle says weapons are checked for before entry, no meatbags will have any guns. Which is quite a disappointment.

Due to the fact that the Philippines has a sizeble Kyokujitsujin minority the govt has dispatched, Nusantaro Jayalaga, who is a member of the govt's bureau for immigration and settlement and who helped plan and oversee the settlement program.

OOC: What if they manage to sneak in a single shot disassembled micro-gun in small plastic bags in their stomach like how people smuggle drugs in swallowed balloons?



I think I just made myself paranoid of anyone who excuses themselves to the bathroom...

Baggs and his two guards walked up to the reception, and began to empty their pockets.
30 throwing knifes
3 9mm handguns
2 Sawed-off 12 gauge shotguns
1 Small assault rifle
1 bottle chloroform
3 small rags
1 21 in Machete
1/2 L of Napalm
3 hand grenades
6 Small sharpened metal sticks
All three felt naked without their weapons, but they admitted that it was easier to move around with empty pockets and briefcases.

They didn't really need the weapons either, they could fight with their bare hands on the off chance things got messy.

The security guards simply looked at the pile of weapons in silence.


'Just where did they fit all that?'





OOC: All right, no more joking.

OOC: Hey, there is a reason Ubersteinia had such tight security measures, because I realise just how much people can sneak in if they really want to.

We need to start checking people's pores for carefully places individual protein-wrapped grains of waterborn-poison. Then they just "wash their face", the protein desolves, the poison/chemical gets into the water, and they have something to attack with. You will never trust someone with "acne" again!
