You need to come out of peace mode and get some decent trades. If you're worried about being attacked then join an alliance, a real one.

Aid won't help you, you'd still be in the same situation.

If you're "pretty screwed" then you might as well reroll. Since you're only 2 days old, you wouldn't have much to lose by restarting.

Or do a donation deal and make a lot of money, or do a tech deal once you are out of peace mode..
